New Raku tea light holders
These are the first examples of a new design for Raku tea light holders. They have a white crackle glaze and shell imprint. As usual with Raku, each one comes out with unique detailing on the basic design. Size is approximately 3 cm high and 3 cm diameter. New work – for Bucks Open Studios
These are the first results from another Read and Ballantyne collaboration to make (almost) life-size chickens for outside display. I threw the shapes, Richard modelled the hens and handed them back to me for glazing. Come and see them at Bucks Open Studios in June. Soon to be featured in the Garden Sculpture photo gallery.
