On a bright and warm October day, I went up to London to the Doorway Gallery’s pop up in Chelsea. Denise and Deirdre brought some amazing Irish artists’ work across from their gallery in Dublin. They added in some English artworks to the mix, including pieces from R&B Ceramics.
The Chart Gallery, Chelsea, where the Doorway pop up is located, is light and bright and may have been a stable in a past life as it has a cobblestone floor. We were made very welcome and the gin and tonics were soon flowing. Hopefully we will get across to Dublin for the next delivery.
I particularly liked the work of Heidi Wickham, Christy Keeney and Grainne Watts.
