Last night we celebrated the start of this year’s BoS event at Roger’s home in Gt Missenden. This is the 7th year in a row that Roger Longdin (landscape photographer) and I have exhibited together and 40 to 50 friends joined us for a party to kick things off. Richard Ballantyne is also taking part with us this year and his sculptural pieces have given additional interest to the 2014 show.
The exhibition is open to the public on the following dates: June 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd. Depending on the weather during the month we will also organize a Raku firing demonstration, at which there will be an opportunity for anyone to glaze and fire a pot to take home. I will post news of any firm dates for Raku firings on the website.
We are at Broomfield Farm, Rignall Road, Great Missenden, HP16 9PE. The house is 15 minutes stroll from the station and there is plenty of free parking so come along and see what’s happening!
